How do I set up my account?
You can register for an account using a 10-digit phone number. Upon entry, you are sent and prompted to enter a six-digit code where you will link your Players Club Card ID. To link your account, you will need your account number, zip code, and PIN.

what do I do next?
Please double-check that the phone number or email address you entered is correct and free of any typos. If you haven’t received the verification code after a few minutes, please try requesting it again. When editing your profile, you can also choose to receive the verification code via email. If you select this option, please remember to check your spam or junk mail folder in your email inbox, as verification codes can sometimes be mistakenly marked as spam.

I regain access?
If you fail to enter the correct OTP code three times in a row, the app will disable login for 30 minutes. If you fail again on the second attempt, the app will disable login for 60 minutes. On the third failed attempt, the app will lock you out for 120 minutes.
