Official Rules

Lakecrest Casino & Hotel is a governmental enterprise of the Chickasaw Nation, (“Nation”) a federally recognized sovereign Indian tribe. Lakecrest Casino & Hotel is giving away non-cashable Bonus Play based on points earned during the “New Member Email Ladder” promotion.
Patrons must be 18 years of age or older with a valid photo I.D. and must be a Lakecrest Casino & Hotel Players Card member, with complete and accurate account information, to participate. The following individuals or entities are not eligible to participate or win during this promotional activity: employees of Lakecrest Casino & Hotel; employees of the Nation prohibited from participating as set forth by any of the Nation’s policies, regulations, or laws; anyone who has been barred from any of the Nation’s gaming facilities; or any promotional sponsors.
Beginning Wednesday, April 24, 2024, through Tuesday, December 31, 2024, Patrons that sign up for a Lakecrest Casino & Hotel Players Card as a new member and earn a minimum of ten (10) points during the qualifying time period, will receive an email Bonus Play offer based on their total points earned. The required points and Bonus Play offers are as follows:
- A total of ten (10) points earned will receive a total of $5 in Bonus Play.
- A total of seventy five (75) points earned will receive a total of $10 in Bonus Play.
- A total of one hundred fifty (150) points earned will receive a total of $15 in Bonus Play.
- A total of one thousand (1,000) points earned will receive a total of $125 in Bonus Play.
- A total of two thousand five hundred (2,500) points earned will receive a total of $500 in Bonus Play
Patrons must have a valid email address on their Players Club account information to receive the email offer.
- Qualifying time periods are seven (7) from initial signup. Including the date of initial enrollment.

Offers will be sent via email every Friday, each month during the promotion.
- Patrons will be able to obtain their Bonus Play at any participating electronic gaming machine.
- All offers are non-cashable and non-transferrable.
- Limit of one (1) New Member Email Ladder offer per Patron, during this promotion.
- Lakecrest Casino & Hotel’s casino management system will be the sole determinant of each Patron’s eligibility.
Winner(s) are responsible for all applicable taxes. Winners will receive a W2-G and/or a 1099 tax form, when applicable provided by the Chickasaw Nation.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Nation to use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotional uses without compensation or notice. Winner must agree to sign a publicity release form before prize will be released.
Any situation or dispute not covered by these Official Rules will be resolved by Nation in a manner deemed by Nation to be the fairest to all concerned. Any such decision shall be final and binding on all Patrons. In addition, Nation reserves the right to void any entry, and/or change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time without notice. Upon any dispute resulting from game play, Patrons may file a Prize Claim with the Chickasaw Nation, Office of the Gaming Commissioner.
Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and a forfeiture of any prizes.
Participation in this promotion and/or tournament further constitutes the affirmative consent of each Patron to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nation, its regulatory bodies and courts without limit to time or event, which shall govern this promotion.
